How heroSOLD works (and what we are not)
Before we go any further, this is the most important framing to lock in: heroSOLD is not a brokerage. Real Broker, LLC is the brokerage.
The easiest way to think about it:
- Real Broker is the operating system. Real is the licensed brokerage. Real holds your license, manages your transactions, processes your commissions, provides the cloud technology platform, and offers all the company-wide programs that Real agents have access to (the standard commission structure, equity-eligible compensation, revenue sharing). Real is the layer that makes you a working real estate agent.
- heroSOLD is an app that runs on that operating system. heroSOLD is a business platform built by the James Sanson Team. It runs on top of Real Broker's brokerage. It is designed to help the agent build their own business: lead generation, brand assets you can use for your own marketing, PCS-focused training and systems, listing-first playbooks, mentorship from a working team, the growing referral network, and our planned mission hubs. We hand agents tools, branding, and a community; Real handles the brokerage license and infrastructure.
Why this distinction matters in practice:
- You can use the heroSOLD brand to help build your own business. The brand is one of the tools we provide.
- You can build your own personal brand alongside it. heroSOLD does not replace your identity as an agent; it amplifies it for the military niche.
- Joining heroSOLD does not change what Real Broker provides to you as an agent. Those Real Broker programs are the same whether you join our team or not.
- If you ever decide heroSOLD is not the right fit, you can stay at Real Broker without our team, or leave Real entirely. Real's standard agent agreements govern that, not us.

Mentorship and training from the James Sanson Team
You are not a solo agent figuring it out on your own. You get structured onboarding, ongoing training, listing-first system playbooks, lead-handling protocols, and direct mentorship from a working team that has built and sold its way through every corner of the AZ market. We adapt what works in Maricopa, Glendale, Sierra Vista, Tucson, and Yuma into systems that translate to any military market. If you are joining outside Arizona, the playbooks come with you; your local market knowledge layers on top, and we work together to adjust the systems for what your specific base requires.
Optional military-relocation training
The National Association of Realtors offers a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification. We support agents who pursue it as an additional credential, alongside heroSOLD's own internal playbooks. The MRP designation, combined with heroSOLD's branding, makes the specialist positioning unmistakable to military clients.
Founding-cohort opportunity at your base
heroSOLD does not have physical hubs yet. The plan: when we hit 8 agents at a given base, we open a small mission hub at that installation. Conference room, two dialing rooms, video studio, lobby. These hubs would be leased independently by our team, not Real Broker corporate facilities. The agents already there at that point are the founding cohort, with input into how that hub gets built and run. Right now, that opportunity is open at every base we serve.

What Real Broker provides to every Real agent
Real Broker, LLC is a cloud-based real estate brokerage. The company provides its agents with the cloud technology platform, transaction management and brokerage services, the standard agent commission structure, and access to equity-eligible compensation and revenue sharing programs that all Real agents can participate in. Real does not provide physical brick-and-mortar offices or company-funded coworking memberships as part of its standard agent offering. These Real Broker programs are the same regardless of which team or platform an agent joins inside Real, and any agent can join Real without joining heroSOLD or any team.
What the heroSOLD platform provides
heroSOLD is a business platform built by the James Sanson Team that runs on top of Real Broker. It is not a brokerage. It does not hold your license, process transactions, or replace any Real Broker function. What it does is provide tools and resources to help its agents build their own business in the military niche. The heroSOLD platform provides: PCS-focused lead generation, the heroSOLD brand assets agents can use to market themselves, listing-first playbooks, training and systems, mentorship from the James Sanson Team, the growing referral network we are building base by base, and our planned mission hubs once we hit 8 agents per base (independently leased by our team, not Real Broker corporate facilities).
These heroSOLD platform resources are offered by the James Sanson Team, not by Real Brokerage Inc. They are not company-wide Real Broker programs. They are not required to join Real. Availability of specific resources can vary by market and may change over time as the platform evolves. Agents who join Real without joining heroSOLD have full access to Real's company-wide programs but would not have access to the platform-provided resources described on this page.
Why this distinction matters
Per Real Broker's Agent Attraction Code of Conduct, sponsors at Real are required to be accurate about what is a Real Broker company program and what is a team or platform-provided resource. Real Broker also prohibits sponsors from offering personalized incentives in exchange for naming them as a sponsor; anything heroSOLD offers is offered to all agents who operate on the platform, on the same terms. We follow these rules carefully because they protect you as a recruit and because we genuinely believe in honest recruitment. Step 4: Onboarding
If we both decide to move forward, Real Broker's onboarding gets you licensed under their brokerage and integrated into their platform. heroSOLD's onboarding gets you into our training, systems, and team structure. If you are joining outside Arizona, this is also when we expand to your state: your state and base section of the site goes live, the local lead routing is configured, the branding deploys for your market. The full onboarding takes a few weeks; you can keep your existing transactions running through whatever transition timeline makes sense.
