heroSOLD is a marketing brand of the James Sanson Team at Real Broker, LLC. Submitting a contact form connects you with one or more vetted real estate agents in your area for the purpose of discussing a potential listing or related transaction. heroSOLD does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Information on the site is general education, not a substitute for licensed counsel.

No outcome guarantees

Real estate outcomes depend on market conditions, property condition, pricing, and many factors outside any agent's control. Nothing on this site or in any communication from the team should be interpreted as a guarantee of sale, sale price, timeline, or any other outcome.

Agent agreement separate from this site

If you choose to list a property with the heroSOLD-affiliated agent, the listing agreement is a separate written contract between you and that agent / brokerage. The terms of that contract control the listing relationship.

heroSOLD is not a government agency, is not affiliated with any branch of the United States Armed Forces, and is not approved or endorsed by the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense, or any other federal or state agency.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, heroSOLD and Real Broker, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Direct liability is limited to the fees paid to the team for the specific transaction at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Arizona law. Disputes are heard in Maricopa County, Arizona courts.
