heroSOLD is a marketing brand of the James Sanson Team at Real Broker, LLC. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through this site or shared with us in connection with our real estate services.

We collect only the information needed to connect you with a real estate professional and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

heroSOLD is not a government agency or the Department of Defense and is not endorsed by any branch of the U.S. military. Real estate services are provided by licensed real estate professionals affiliated with Real Broker, LLC.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, the closest military base you identified, your timeline, the help you are seeking, and any message you provide. We also log the URL you submitted from, your IP address, browser user-agent, and any UTM parameters from the link that brought you here.

We may also collect information you choose to share with us when you contact us by phone, email, or SMS in connection with your inquiry. We do not intentionally collect sensitive information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or medical information through this site.

How we use it

Your submission is used to match you with one or more vetted real estate agents who serve the area or base you selected. Those agents receive your contact information solely for the purpose of reaching out about your situation and providing real estate services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

We may also use your information to operate our business, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve our services. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used internally for service improvement (for example, understanding common timelines or which bases see the most volume).

SMS consent and STOP

If you consent to SMS, the assigned agent and our system may send you text messages about your inquiry. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency typically ranges from 1 to 5 messages per inquiry. We do not send promotional marketing texts unrelated to your inquiry.

SMS messaging is supported only for mobile numbers with carriers that support SMS; delivery is not guaranteed. By providing your mobile number, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you have authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

Data retention

We retain lead records and related communications for up to 7 years to satisfy real estate licensing and other record-keeping requirements. After that, records may be deleted, archived, or anonymized for internal reporting. Specific retention periods may vary where we are required by law to keep records longer.

Your rights

While Arizona does not yet have a comprehensive consumer data privacy law like some other states, we choose to give you clear control over the personal information you share with us, as described in this section.

Access and copies of your data

You may request details of the personal information we hold about you, including a copy of that data in a commonly used format, where reasonably possible and subject to applicable law.

Correction of your data

If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, you can ask us to correct or update it. We will take reasonable steps to verify and make corrections where appropriate.

Deletion of your data

You may request that we delete some or all of your personal information, subject to our need to keep certain records to comply with applicable real estate, tax, and other laws, and to our legitimate business needs.

Opting out of marketing and SMS

You can withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages or other marketing communications from us at any time. To stop SMS, you can reply STOP to any message you receive from us or contact us using the details below. You can also opt out of email marketing by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

To exercise any of the rights described above, or if you have questions about how we handle your data, email us at help@herosold.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

Cookies

We use a session cookie for authenticated agent and admin sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site at launch.

If we add analytics or advertising tracking later, this policy will be updated, and where required, you will see a banner or notice that lets you review and manage your cookie preferences.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
