Accessibility statement
heroSOLD is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.
Standard we follow
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This includes considerations for visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive accessibility.
What this means in practice
- All interactive controls are keyboard-accessible (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space)
- Focus indicators are visible on every focusable element
- Form fields have visible labels
- Color contrast meets WCAG AA on body text and interactive elements
- The site respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference
- Page structure uses semantic HTML (headings, lists, landmarks) so screen readers can navigate it
Known limitations
This site is a small-team build and we recognize that no website is perfectly accessible. If you encounter a barrier, please report it (see below) and we will fix it.

Alternative ways to engage
If the website is not working for you, the form, the phone line, and email are equivalent ways to start a conversation. We do not require you to use the website to be a client.
